I am for the most part a rather laid-back, low stress kind of person. However, when I do get stressed, it tends to be manifested in the form of nausea and stomach cramping of various sorts. I’ve messed enough up at work lately, that when combined with everything else on my mind, I feel like I’m going to be seriously ill in the near future. It likely also has a lot to do with the fatigue and menstruation in addition to poor diet for the day, but I’m feeling like shit both mentally and physically at the moment.
Ugh, I’m scum sometimes.
