Seriously, the California effect is ever widening. We are going to take over the world, march into your home, and force you to live a healthier life! Of course, the odd thing here is that once you get used to living there it's hard to move to places that aren't as enlightened. Oh well, at least I've only got another year before the DC smoking ban takes effect. What does that make it, only 9 years behind? Of course, the chances that Virginia, my red state home, will follow suit are slim. Poor Virginia, when will you learn to embrace progress?
