First, this could keep me busy for a while.

Second, Amnesty has now found a way to take on pollution and high gas prices. That's right, newest headline that I've been emailed: US Government Creates Climate Torture. I understand the reasoning, but it takes me back to grade school and how the Catholic Church uses the 10 Commandments to cover all of the bases. Eating disorders are a sin because "thou shallt not kill" extends to harming yourself, etc, etc. Pollution and the like are a human rights abuse because they degrade the quality of life. I think maybe AI's just getting a little desperate and searching for the next big thing. *Scratch that. It was a typo, and the article was about the Climate of Torture. I did however, get an email this morning about how human rights and environmental degradation are linked, so I wasn't too far off base.

Third, Bryce is here and I'm thrilled. I find it funny that even seeing him so little, hanging out with him is like we see each other every day. Of course, between entertaining my favorite soldier of fortune and celebrating Carla's birthday, this is turning into one busy week. It takes me back to this time last year. I'm taking it easier on the alcohol, but enjoying the festivities.

Thanks for letting us know what Bryce is up to; he certainly has been keeping us in the dark.
