Yet another piece of randomness for today. This photo set on Flickr presents the aftermath of the Griffith Park fire. There are plenty of adjectives to apply to the heavy feeling of dread and despair that hangs over the images. To me it comes somewhere between Blade Runner and a spaghetti western in its presentation of Los Angeles as the dystopian remnants of the old west. This is the end of the trail, and we're all doomed.
