This weekend has been good to remind me that I'm young, and that's a good thing.=) There's something about the combination of used books, good food, and pitchers of margaritas to put the soul at ease. Janice is doing amazingly better, so she was fun to hang out with. She is such a great person. I just wait for the day when she's finally comfortable with herself. I worry about her and Thomas. I think that she may end up clinging to him because of his support through the illness, but I'm not so sure that he's right for her. As much fun as I had hanging out with her, there's one downside. We always end up talking about my sister, not my favorite topic. It was good being able to chill with her, and then meet the girls in Santa Monica for some revelry and less depressing conversation.

I have two requests. First, if anyone knows how to edit the links on this page, please let me know. Second, I'm trying to fill the gaps in my reading. If you have any suggestions of books that would be worthwhile, I'd appreciate hearing them. I'm trying to stick with the fiber and avoid the sugar, if that makes any sense. I think that Harry Potter in German satisfied my need for less than respectable reading.=)
