The good news: I'm having a great time in DC.
The bad news: I'm not sure that I'll be able to get any work done.

This is seriously a great town, and I hope that I get to experience more of it, but this whole work and school thing seems like it's going to get in the way. I can't stay in bed until noon everyday, and hangovers need to be kept to a minimum. I do think that I'll have fun here as the bar scene and dating scene are both as lively as promised.

Work starts tomorrow and classes start Thursday, so it's time to get things in gear and get settled. I need to put my apartment together and set up an "office." Right now that seems like a mighty proposition.
