My eager anticipation of the potentially impending Butterbrother at the National Zoo led to a discussion today regarding relative cuteness of our Exalted Leader and the primary challenger to his throne. I do not take sides in this debate. Clearly they are both unrealistically adorable and cause me to collapse into an inarticulate mass of squealing 6 year old glee. Even beyond the cute factor, one is in DC and the other in Berlin, so my loyalties are entirely conflicted.

The one thing that's certain is that I ended up with an undeniable urge to visit Cute Overload, Stuff on My Cat, and the Daily Puppy. Still not nearly as adorable as our baby bear friends.
