I've just come from the Elliott School graduation, and I think that exhausts my collection of friends there. Not being a terribly sentimental person, these ceremonies don't exactly tug my heart strings or get me thinking about the great promise of young lives etc. It was mainly just nice to see a few friends and share in their joy. Now, as it was for both of the previous Elliott School ceremonies I've attended, it's cold and rainy. Unlike past years though, I have an afternoon free to fill as I see fit.
