Though it's been a common comment in conversation, I don't think that I've ever posted regarding the fabulocity that my roommates embody. That's right, we are a Craig's List success story. It's funny how nervous you can get moving in with complete strangers, but they've both been absolutely wonderful, and I feel privileged to have had the chance to meet them. The constant challenge is getting them to hang out, because they're both constantly working, studying, or traveling. They both just need to relax sometimes, because when they do come out, they're unbelievably fun.

This post was brought about from looking at the tulips Lara brought me as a "get well" gesture. Aside from the fact that I absolutely love tulips, the sentiment is just sweet. Both Sonali and Lara have been adorably concerned for me while I've been sick, making me tea, checking on me when I get up in the middle of the night, feeding me and giving me juice. It's just nice to feel cared for this far from home.

Ok, hopefully this will put an end to the schmaltz for at least a little while.
